CEO/Visionary
Nick founded Geauga Marble & Tile in 1988. When relocating to Cleveland Ohio, in 1999 he renamed the company Stoneworks Inc. He and his team of 200 grew Stoneworks to an annual revenue of $44M. The Company sold in 2017.
In 1992 he acquired a Marblelife franchise from Union Carbide. Marblelife of Cleveland later became known as Marblecare, which also sold in 2017.
Nick is one of the founding partners of The RockHead Group, which is an industry-leading peer association group of stone fabrication companies with 85+ members, representing $1B in annual revenue.
Most Important to Nick are his family values. He enjoys spending time with his three children and his fiance, Rana. His membership in The Entrepreneurs Organization, which is a peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs is also meaningful to him. He believes that contributing his time while working with the EO mentorship program enriches both his business and personal life.
Nicholas (Nick) Began Jr.
Order Fulfillment Director
Nicholas has been involved in the stone industry his whole life. His father was a founder and owner of Stoneworks and Rockheads USA. His mother currently is at Bradley Stone in Cleveland. Nicholas studied business economics for 2 semesters at the University of Miami (OH) before returning home where he officially joined the International Countertop Consultants team in the spring of 2019.
Nicholas currently resides in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH spending most of his time managing and growing the ICC business with the goal of later expanding into real estate and development.
Haley Glander
Chief Operating Officer/Integrator
Haley has been with International Countertop Consultants since the beginning of 2020. At ICC, Haley sits in the EOS Integrator seat, and also runs the Bidding/Project Management sector of the company.
She has been working in the stone industry since 2015. Haley has bid and managed over 75,000 units of countertops, and done work in 10+ states.
Haley grew up in Ohio, and is an alumni of Kent State University, graduating with a degree in Interior Design, and a minor in Event Planning. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
Roberto (Bert) Pacheco
Field Supervisor & Installer
Bert had 15 years of installation experience before joining the ICC team. His current role includes field supervision, quality control, and installation.
John Kelly
Project Manager
John joined ICC as a Project Manager in December 2022. He oversees various aspects of the company’s operations, including safety, planning, and warehouse management. He has a wealth of experience in different fields, having served in the Air Force for 21 years and worked as an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Sales Supervisor. He discovered his passion for project management 7 years ago and has been excelling in this role ever since. He is known for his attention to detail, his commitment to completing tasks, and his customer-oriented approach. John loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife of 35 years, his three children, and his two grandchildren. When he is not working or with his loved ones, you can always find him on the golf course.
Amanda Fitzpatrick
Controller
Amanda is an experienced business manager with over 17 years of experience in executive leadership and strategic planning. She has a proven track record of success in board administration, business operations, financial management, human resources, and EOS management systems. Prior to joining ICC, Amanda held managerial roles at PinPoint Status, Lindsey Construction & Design, Quantum Commercial Construction, Metisentry, and AkivaTech / Unisance LLC.
